As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, completing routine rounds and staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will report observations, support access control and/or visitor guidance, and communicate clearly with site teams and leaders. Requirements

• Have at least 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and assist with verifying credentials, directing visitor traffic, and supporting contractor check-in and/or deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting observations, and supporting incident response until relieved.
• Complete routine security-related reports, including patrol logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
