As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for clients and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication, all while embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for financial institution locations.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized activity within the facility and surrounding areas.
Document observations and report incidents or suspicious activities to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as required by site policies.
Participate in training sessions and briefings to remain informed about site-specific procedures and requirements.
