As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial services location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a highly visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, respond to questions and concerns, and communicate clearly while documenting observations and assisting with incident response. Requirements

• Experience providing customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the facility, including lobby and customer areas, ATM and night depository areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and public areas for unusual activity, assist with visitor direction, and/or report unauthorized persons in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, and/or medical situations, and notify appropriate personnel as required.
• Complete security-related reports and documentation, communicate shift activities to Allied Universal and/or site contacts, and support compliance with established procedures.
