As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support employees and visitors with professional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting of concerns. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with initial incident assessment, notifications, and documenting security-related events per site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and/or perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Control access to restricted areas by monitoring entry points, verifying authorization as required, and assisting with visitor management and/or credential checks.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or security-related systems when assigned, and report irregular conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy issues through established communication channels.
