Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
This post primarily involves driving and is preferred for candidates with relevant experience.
Experience working at locations with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations within the residential community in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal and property management as required.
Assist residents and visitors with inquiries, directions, and site access as appropriate to support a welcoming environment.
Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols to support a secure and orderly residential environment.
