As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to various situations, and interact with staff and visitors to support a secure environment. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
Monitor for suspicious activity and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with access and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through visible patrols and engagement.
Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, patrols, and daily activities in a timely manner.
