You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and incident response. With agile, reliable, and innovative service, you will communicate clearly, provide customer-focused assistance to employees and visitors, and contribute through teamwork while acting with integrity.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting designated site contacts and/or public services when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support security-related operations.
  • Monitor access points and verify authorized entry by following site procedures, checking identification and/or visitor credentials, and directing traffic and deliveries to appropriate areas.
  • Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation; communicate key observations and security-related concerns to supervision and/or site leadership.
