As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic tech and media location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.
Work collaboratively with site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
Maintain a visible presence and demonstrate professionalism while on duty at the location.
