As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR or first aid certification is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with the resolution of issues as they arise.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintaining a visible presence.
Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help support a secure environment for personnel and visitors.
Document observations and incidents according to company and client protocols, maintaining accurate records for review.
Assist with enforcing rules and regulations specific to the location, addressing violations in accordance with established procedures.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to provide a positive experience for all individuals at the site.
