As a Patrol Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with employees and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
EMT certification is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to established protocols.
Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and credentials as needed.
Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and/or employees to provide assistance and information when requested.
Document incidents, observations, and/or other relevant information in detailed and accurate reports.
