As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the property. You will interact with visitors and tenants, offering outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the retail and mall location.
• Help to deter incidents and unauthorized activities through regular and random patrols of the business interior and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as needed.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate, including guiding people to designated areas and communicating with first responders.
• Maintain detailed and accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation as required by Allied Universal and client policies.
