This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, supporting mobile patrol coverage, incident reporting, and clear communication with onsite teams. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances and exits, stock areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor for suspicious or disruptive behavior, respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and request law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed.
- Control access to restricted areas, assist with crowd and/or queue management during peak hours, and help support loss prevention efforts through visible presence and observation.
- Complete detailed incident reports, document patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership per post orders.
