As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. You will conduct regular patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
X ray screening experience is preferred.
CPR or first aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support the security-related needs of the site.
Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious activity, reporting findings as directed by Allied Universal and site guidelines.
Document observations and incidents in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.
Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers to address questions and assist with security-related matters.
Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt patrol routines as needed to address shifting priorities or site needs.
