As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, helping to deter security-related incidents through access control and attentive customer service. Requirements

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and any unusual occurrences.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with tenants, guests, and staff to address inquiries or direct them as needed.
• Assist with emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines.
