As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, helping to manage access, verify credentials, and issue badges and/or passes. You will monitor cameras and alarms, document incidents, and communicate clearly with property teams to support smooth operations. Requirements
- Have security-related experience of 6+ months.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial property front desk by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Control access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or check-out, issuing temporary badges, and directing guests to approved destinations.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, documenting unusual activity and communicating concerns to site contacts.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, assisting with evacuation processes, and/or contacting emergency services as directed by post orders.
- Complete shift logs and security-related reports, maintain front desk records, and support routine administrative tasks such as answering phones and handling deliveries per site procedures.
