As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
Monitor the premises for any suspicious activity or potential security-related concerns and report findings as required.
Assist with controlling access to the location and verifying credentials of individuals entering and/or exiting the premises.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or any irregularities observed during patrols.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide information and assistance as needed.
