Join Allied Universal at a high-activity retail distribution location where you will support access control by checking credentials, managing badges and visitor entry, and helping teams follow site procedures. You will stay visible, conduct routine patrols, document security-related activity, and deliver professional customer service with clear communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
• Manage access control by verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining entry and exit logs, and directing deliveries and vendor check-ins per site procedures.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and access points for unusual activity, and report observations and/or hazards to site leadership according to post orders to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate parties, documenting details, and assisting with initial scene control as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, loading docks, interior areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
