As an Allied Universal team member specializing in access control at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing excellent customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and communicate clearly with all visitors and staff. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with access control procedures at the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel and visitors.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or security-related incidents.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors in accordance with site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter security-related concerns.
Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities observed during shifts.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
Support emergency response activities as needed, following instructions and site-specific procedures.
