Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and guests at a retail location front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access at the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, assisting with visitor registration, issuing credentials as required, and coordinating with onsite personnel for approvals.
• Monitor the front desk area and available systems to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity, and report concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Communicate clearly with management, store staff, and/or public responders, and complete required reports, logs, and other front desk administrative tasks.
