As a Front Desk professional in the auto industry, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting security-related protocols. This driving post requires a valid Class B driver's license with passenger endorsement. Requirements

A valid Class B driver's license with passenger endorsement is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Guard card or license is preferred.
CPR or first aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access control at the front desk, verifying identification and managing visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate to the location and circumstances.
Communicate professionally with all individuals entering or exiting the premises, providing information and directions as needed.
Document and report security-related incidents or unusual activities to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
Operate security-related equipment such as access control systems, CCTV, and communication devices as required for the front desk role.
