As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a high-profile financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control and badge procedures, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and provide customer-focused assistance. Requirements

• Have a minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and guests at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, loading areas and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify identification and/or authorization when required, and assist with directing employees, vendors and guests according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical situations and/or requests for assistance, and coordinate with site representatives and public responders as needed.
• Document observations, patrol activity and incidents in written reports and logs, and communicate noteworthy information to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts.
