As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence to support a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our core values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. This role requires a valid driver's license as part of the driving responsibilities.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or security-related incidents.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist employees, visitors, and/or customers with directions, information, and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed during incidents at the location.
