Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a financial institution location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment, reflecting our commitment to agility, reliability, innovation, and a people-first culture built on teamwork and integrity.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
Document and report all security-related incidents and/or irregularities according to site-specific protocols.
Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and client staff to support a secure environment within the financial institution location.
