Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR or first aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry within the food and beverage production location.
Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises to maintain compliance with site-specific procedures.
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to inquiries.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific policies.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related risks, with awareness of food and beverage industry requirements.
Document and report all security-related activities, observations, and incidents according to established guidelines.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with site personnel as needed.
