Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location where you will support access control operations, greet employees and visitors, verify credentials, manage badges and entry logs, and help maintain orderly site traffic. You will conduct routine rounds as needed, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with site teams. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, issuing temporary badges, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing arrivals to designated check-in areas.
• Monitor entry and exit points using access control systems and cameras, reporting irregular activity and/or policy violations per post orders to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and documenting actions taken.
• Support shipping and receiving flow by screening vehicles and deliveries as required, checking documentation, and escalating discrepancies per site procedures.
