Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, where you will be the communications hub for security-related activity. You will monitor systems, manage radio and phone traffic, dispatch officers to calls for service, document incidents, and help coordinate a timely response for tenants and visitors. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements, built on teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by following site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service from the property and surrounding areas, coordinating with on-site officers and/or local responders while maintaining clear radio and phone communications.
• Monitor alarm panels, video surveillance, and other building systems, recognizing unusual activity and initiating appropriate notifications and/or response steps per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, providing direction to responding personnel, and escalating to management when required.
• Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, track patrol check-ins and status updates, and document communications to help support accurate follow-up and continuity of operations.
