As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the property, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a primarily driving post is preferred.
Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report observations according to site protocols.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals.
Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to address questions and provide assistance as needed.
Document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site policies.
