As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related issues within the commercial real estate location.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required.
Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents or security-related concerns.
Support emergency response activities as needed, following all site-specific instructions.
