As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 21+ years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately during emergency situations within a healthcare environment.
Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, patients, and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas within the healthcare location.
Support emergency response activities such as evacuations or medical emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate written reports regarding incidents, observations, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
