As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, respond to concerns, communicate clearly with onsite teams, and document observations and actions with professionalism. Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal post orders, conducting access control as assigned, and completing security-related procedures and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, alarms, and/or suspicious activity, and notify site leadership and/or public responders as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the financial services location, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor and document activity through routine observations, patrol logs, and incident reports, and communicate updates to supervisors and client representatives in a timely manner.
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned, including checking doors, windows, secured areas, and cash handling or sensitive areas, and reporting irregularities according to site-specific policies.
