As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate professionally with visitors and staff. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to site protocols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter inappropriate behavior and promote a welcoming environment for clients and visitors in a financial institution setting.
