As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet visitors, support employees, document observations, and communicate clearly with site contacts and emergency responders as needed. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Control access for employees, visitors, and vendors by verifying identification, managing sign-in logs, and directing guests according to site protocols.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site management and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, and complete detailed reports and documentation for shifts, incidents, and observations.
