As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a highly visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm professionalism. You will conduct routine patrols, document observations, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while supporting a welcoming experience. Requirements

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma/GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Carry an authorized firearm in accordance with post orders, applicable laws, and Allied Universal requirements while performing assigned duties.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site personnel and law enforcement as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, ATM areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Complete security-related reports and logs, document patrol and incident activity, and communicate status updates to supervisors and site contacts.
