As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents at a financial institution location by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing excellent customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
An armed guard card or license is required.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site representatives to address security-related concerns and/or incidents as they arise.
Remain alert and observant while on patrol to help to deter potential threats and/or unusual activity within the location.
