You will greet and assist guests, manage access procedures, monitor activity from the lobby, document incidents, and communicate concerns with professionalism and integrity. This is an armed position requiring Level III Armed Certification in Texas, supported by a caring team that values agility, reliability, and innovation.

Requirements

• Possess Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk post by greeting and directing visitors, answering phones as assigned, and maintaining a professional lobby presence.
• Support access control processes by monitoring entry points, assisting with visitor check-in and/or badging processes as directed by site policy, and documenting access activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete written and/or electronic reports, including incident documentation, shift activity logs, and pass-down communication for incoming personnel.
