As a Dispatch Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will be the hub for security-related activity, coordinating communications, tracking incidents, and supporting field officers with timely updates. You will help monitor assigned areas, assist with routine patrol coordination, and maintain a visible, customer-focused presence through clear reporting and professional service. Requirements

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Operate the dispatch console by monitoring cameras, alarms, and/or access control systems, answering phones and radios, and documenting activity in required logs and reports.
• Dispatch officers and/or maintenance contacts to incidents, service requests, and critical situations, communicating clear updates in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate notifications and escalation to property management, local responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership based on post orders and incident conditions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, common areas, and perimeter, and report hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations per site procedures.
