You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
Assist with verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location to help maintain authorized access.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding visitors and/or employees as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for irregularities.
Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in written reports as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.
Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as directed during incidents or emergencies.
