What You'll Do: Provide customer service to onsite staff and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Monitor access control points, verify credentials, manage visitor check-in and/or badging, and document access activity in accordance with site-specific requirements. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate internal partners and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobby spaces, and building perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Complete detailed reports on shift activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as required. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
