As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by patrolling assigned financial institution locations, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required as per client requirements.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related risks and identify unusual activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
Document and report any incidents, observations, and/or maintenance issues encountered during patrols in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to address security-related concerns and support a welcoming environment.
