As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a financial institution location. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and interact professionally with visitors and staff to provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A current guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns encountered during patrols within the financial institution location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees to provide assistance and information when required.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal guidelines.
