As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Coverage in Pittsburgh, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols are key to helping deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
Monitor access points and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns.
Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Complete required reports and documentation of incidents and daily activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt patrol routes as needed to address potential security-related risks.
