As a Security Officer - Financial Lobby Attendant in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a prominent financial institution location. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring entry points, assisting visitors, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will utilize your customer service skills and attention to detail to support a secure environment. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and/or credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Assist with visitor management, including logging visitors and issuing badges as required by site policies.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Communicate professionally and clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including alerting first responders and following site emergency procedures.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or concerns in accordance with company and site guidelines.
