Requirements

CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location, verify identification, and maintain visitor logs as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries or concerns related to security-related matters.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related risks at the front desk area to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment at the location.
