As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Unarmed Patrol in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and promoting a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors. Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A Guard Card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner at the financial institution location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
Maintain a visible presence at the location to help to deter unwanted behavior.
Follow post-specific instructions and protocols provided by Allied Universal and/or the client.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors by providing information and guidance as appropriate.
Document all incidents and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site requirements.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as directed during critical situations.
