As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play an important role by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence and professional communication will contribute to a welcoming environment while supporting the protection of people and property. You will engage with staff and visitors, deliver exceptional customer service, and respond to security-related situations as needed, all while embodying Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and a caring, people-first culture.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help promote a secure environment within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards, following Allied Universal protocols.
Assist visitors and employees with general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence on site.
Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel to support overall security-related operations at the financial institution location.
Complete required logs, reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as instructed by Allied Universal.
