As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will remain highly visible, assist with routine patrols, and communicate professionally with staff and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as suspicious persons, property damage, or unusual occurrences, in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
Assist with controlling access to the premises, verifying credentials, and directing visitors as required by site procedures.
Communicate clearly and promptly with team members, site management, and/or emergency personnel as situations arise.
Support Allied Universal in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and clients at the location.
