As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will remain highly visible, assist with routine patrols, and communicate professionally with staff and visitors. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, such as suspicious persons, property damage, or unusual occurrences, in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
  • Assist with controlling access to the premises, verifying credentials, and directing visitors as required by site procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with team members, site management, and/or emergency personnel as situations arise.
  • Support Allied Universal in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and clients at the location.
