As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and team members, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
A minimum of one year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military roles is required.
A minimum of one year of security-related experience is required.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
A guard card or guard license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergencies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within financial institution locations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual situations.
Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by the site policies.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and local law enforcement as needed.
Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials when directed.
Assist with implementing emergency response protocols and provide guidance to individuals onsite during critical events.
Follow all Allied Universal and client site procedures, adapting to varying working environments within financial institution settings.
