Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong communication and customer service. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee movement to help support authorized entry procedures and/or protection of restricted areas.
- Document incidents, patrol activity, and policy-related concerns in required reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
