Your responsibilities include managing communications, handling alarm panels, and supporting access control measures. Requirements

At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage incoming calls, radio traffic, and electronic communications to coordinate security-related operations at the location.
Dispatch security personnel to incidents and/or requests for assistance as needed, following site-specific protocols for financial institutions.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications in accordance with company and client policies.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials and authorizing entry or exit for employees, visitors, and contractors.
Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Support emergency response activities by relaying information to appropriate personnel and coordinating with emergency responders as directed.
Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible and attentive presence through monitoring surveillance systems and communication channels.
Collaborate with on-site security personnel and management to report and resolve incidents, escalating issues as appropriate.
