Requirements

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage communications for incident response and dispatch activities within the location, following site-specific policies and procedures.
Coordinate the deployment of security-related personnel to address incidents and requests for assistance throughout the location.
Document and report incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
Maintain clear and professional communication with on-site staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.
Assist in the management of access control systems by monitoring alarms and security-related technology.
Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting individuals in a courteous and professional manner.
Support Allied Universal security-related procedures by relaying critical information to the appropriate personnel during routine and emergency situations.
